For the taste, digestibility and for easy preparation there 5 points; for the rather high price, I regret to deduct 1 point. When BLUE PLANET I've discovered the best rate ... especially if you order several packages and can thereby be "minimize" the shipping costs ....
The slurry can be used in many ways, "spice" or vary .... I give added yet psyllium husks, chia seeds, coconut flakes and possibly nuts or fruit ..... maybe even shot agave .... suuuuuuuuuuuuuper delicious !!!
