The biggest shortcoming of this cable is its name because instead of the promised 15 poles there are - as with many other cables - only 14 consumer fraud so. Apart from the 14 pin cable does the job, unlike other cables, which I had previously tried. I use it at home my netbook with a Philips monitor (1680x1050) connect to and doing it perfectly. Subjectively, it seems to me to provide even sharper to a touch screen, than the original cables from Philips, which bowed at the end of color distortion (I suspect cable break). The cable makes a very solid impression and is considerably thicker than most cable. Visually therefore not just an eye candy on the desk, but hopefully more robust and more suitable for frequent montages as in my case. The violet offset mounting screws can be readily grasp and fix what is not always self-evident.
I also liked that the package was to open without the use of force. The back of the display box consists of cardboard. Ships from and sold by Amazon was performed and although now (not in other lengths) stands at 1.8m variant that Amazon sent to Germany, the delivery was made to Belgium without difficulty (the Note was not noticed when ordering).
After the initial anger has dissipated over the missing pole, I hope now to a long and good cooperation.
