Turns only one pole!

I have this bar now for a few weeks. It makes me a good impression. You can hear the relay when the slave part on and off. The light for the overvoltage protection is very bright.
Inside, it is quite well finished.
Although the (manual) switch turns off double pole (ie neutral and phase), but the relay for the slaves just switches off pole! Ie it may be, depending on how rum is the plug in the wall lies that the slaves the phase still see, even though they are supposed to be turned off. This made itself felt with me, because a fluorescent tube on off slave port still smoldering (presumably against PE).
