I let myself tempted by the low price of the CD, but I am finally not so excited about it. A few titles I also very specifically, for example, the very first "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" by 1966. The combination of Indian drum, flute, whistle and backround choir sounds particularly when the guitar starts and the Mexican sounding trumpet follows, full angle. "My Name Is Nobody" from 1973 is similar to knit. But there are also quiet, catchy tracks on the CD (eg Gabriel's Oboe, La Califfa, Deborah's Theme). Great course, the main theme of Once Upon A Time IN THE WEST.
Part of the title finds mixed with newer titles on Yo-Yo Ma Plays Ennio Morricone. The interpretation by the Chinese-American cellist Yo-Yo Ma appealed to me very well.
