The first sounds after a decent investment, just stupidly missing clues as to why certain errors may occur at various points. And so you put then quickly fixed times and is partially not even more if you use the default storage objects.
Therefore I can only recommend this very limited band. Absolute beginners get here, although an entry and so have the opportunity to work without "Try and cursing" with Maya, but more it's just not. In particular, a variety of design options are not mentioned.
In the end I had the impression as if it is here is a tutorial, that the author has developed years ago and where he has since only one or the other detail a little adjusting. A solid introduction, it is by no means; after reading is still a lot of individual work necessary to gain a real overview.
