Only frustration

I bought the scanner because of the many positive reviews, but it will return.
The software crashes with me frequently from (under Windows 7)
OCR is not working at all. The software shows partly on Chinese characters.
I had hoped that the software mitgescannten table edges cut off relatively easily. But either the software can not do this, or it is so hidden that it does not work for me because of the crashes.
To me it has been unable to uniformly scan a received letter, because there is always hakelt at the creases, and the result is shaky.
All in all, done my Fotoapperat a similar task equally well. Bent papers are a problem in both, and ugly edges are also available at Fotoapperat and with this scanner.
To be honest, the CamScanner Android does exactly what I need. I thought I was just too slow and too cumbersome. After my tests with this scanner, I know: the CamScanner is neither slow nor cumbersome, which is head and shoulders above the Gefrickle with this part!
