Zig calls were necessary, with more or clever advice ("Do you have descaled the machine." - "Of course, every time the machine indicates that, with the totally overpriced Nespresso descaler") until someone condescended and warranty repair offered. The problem was not really solved and we are given the arg expensive price this Delonghi machine of the lack of quality less than enthusiastic - especially when I consider the ambitious capsule prices.
My conclusion for Nespresso System: The capsule solution I think is very good, the coffee tastes good, but just the Gran Maestria is compared to the - considerably lower - machines that we used previously, a major disappointment. Even more disappointing I find the little customer-oriented service. In short, we will return to the classic Italian espresso maker for the stove. The coffee tastes just as good, everything is much cheaper - and even works ...
