Drive a 190 MB E, Bj. 1990 nearly 200,000 km away. Have decided to use this rinsing because these seemingly those flushing is after thorough research that preserves an old engine most likely. Have the flushing applied according to instructions and am 200 km driven with it. Here no negative effect in the handling was noticeably. Then discharges of oil - and it was really very black - so the flushing dirt has dissolved in the oil circuit, anyway. Change filters and new oil into it. My conclusion after 500 km: engine runs much quieter, no jerking at idling (previously was the sometimes very violent). Motor is also something revving - and I imagine also - become somewhat quieter. No visible oil spills, changes in oil or fuel consumption, I can not judge. Would but with such an old engine also dubious, since that could have a thousand other reasons. Conclusion: I think the one with the oil-Sludge Remover does something good an engine with high mileage!
