I use it now for over four weeks, and although I take twice a day half a teaspoon, mostly in the morning and again in the evening. The fine powder has a yellowish brown color and looks rather unspectacular. The smell is quite pronounced. It reminds me most likely to celery that. However, in potentiated form Who does not like celery - and because there will be quite a lot of people - is the intense smell probably not particularly like. I find it quite bearable.
Basically, you can the Maca powder in each drink, whether hot or cold, stir. Unfortunately, it tends strongly to clump so that once prolonged stirring is announced. Then lumps remain in the cup or glass, I crush them easily with a spoon. Completely the powder but does not dissolve, so you "sandy" feeling felt when drinking a in the mouth. Top it tastes good in orange or apple juice. Of course you can also use another juice.
As for the taste, so it is used to. I know nothing that would taste similar. The flavor is intense and strong vegetable-heavy, so similar to vegetable extract. Most likely I can still compare it with celery flavor. Really tasty not like the powder, since it dissolves also not one hundred percent. I find the taste but not disgusting or nauseating. Who likes to eat vegetables and celery, will probably have the fewest problems with it.
I have after about three weeks of taking the first positive effects felt. I no longer felt so tired and exhausted and had more energy. In my sleep the Maca powder had no effect by the way. Even when I could not detect any change in libido. Allegedly, the powder's good for your love life. With me has done nothing in this regard. But at least I can find a certain energy increase, so that I can recommend the powder. I'll take it once more.

Meanwhile, I'll take the Maca powder a past five months. The initially positive effect is dissipated entirely unfortunately in recent times. I can ever find no effect on my well-being more. For this reason, I will indeed take up the remaining powder still, but not buy more of this product, especially since it's not cheap. My original 4-star rating I have corrected on three stars.
