Have the cup for several months now several times a week in service and was so far very impressed. Functional cap, robust materials, beautiful design, good insulation properties. But recently I have a "tasteful" problem: Namely stink the seals in the lid. Despite embarrassing cleaning after each use got a smell of my cup seals. And although heavy. The smells so strong and unpleasant that I only thought I had forgotten to wash the cup. But was reingeschaut all Tip Top. Then I have all repeatedly rinsed, washed, soaked. Nothing helped. Well done to this point to Amazon for more uncomplicated handling of problems and above all very fast response times.
