Only wrong parts, then used mount, where parts are missing

I have ordered the wall mount as they completely sufficient for my purposes.
The shipping was fast, the negative surprise came when unpacking: the parts to be assembled side were different
large, so that the wall mount was not to mount. When retailers complained, I was given a few days later a return label for the return. Within 1 week after returning, I received yesterday the replacement bracket and was again disappointed:

- Support was needed
- Packaging has attended open
- Sculpture of the upper and lower part was opened
- Side panels were missing completely
- Missing assembly instructions

Been complaining this time by phone and strictly outrageous. Holder goes back, I'll get my spare time in the local electronics market. Although a bit more expensive but the service is for worlds better.

From me clearly NOT BUY recommendation due to used goods, and the inept and insolent Services.
