If you are reading this, you have to be (like me), passionate beer! Then this book is worth reading.
It brings you all the keys to create and manage your cellar aging knowingly.
Besides that, if you are fan, tracks offered to brew a beer with high potential for aging are numerous, and super interesting (but it is in no way a recipe book ...)
I just regret the lack of foundation (or references) theory behind it all, because some points are presented as truths, but in my opinion deserve to be put in perspective (such as Ebu a longer considered positive, but I think the heat load brought risk in one way or another to be detrimental to aging ... A reference to an article or other would have been useful for those who want (always) go further).
Nevertheless, a beautiful book, well laid out, which is read with pleasure and interest.
Thank you Patrick ;-)
