This opener was ordered because of previous (seemingly Identical) opener had the same mistake. If the door release is actuated and simultaneously from the outside against the door with the door locked, the door openers stuck in open position. When the door is open, this can no longer be closed. Only after mechanical pressing of the door opener of this goes back to closed position. The new door opener I hoped to have fixed this error, but unfortunately without success- Since a door opener actually has only two functions, I see it as unacceptable that not even these are met.
