The device fully complies with the requirements. Unfortunately, the belt clip is attached so unhappy that it must be removed when changing the battery. There is a risk (already happened) that the latched securing the belt clip breaks.
A replacement clip must be procured expensive and will cost nearly a quarter of the appliances basic price.
