I use this strap since June 2014 when my photo output. It reduces the weight of the hardware supported by the shoulder and you really feel the difference! I can easily connect a grip D700 + + 180mm without suffering weight or grip D7000 + 17-50 + + Sigma flashgun and for several hours (evening photo).
The only complaint I can make is on the fluidity of fasteners that do not slip without a hitch along the strap. These fasteners are sometimes turn the strap which can be annoying.
