I bought the flash for my Nikon D5100. Plugged - camera - Flash on => works perfectly.
No Extra synchronistaion necessary. Illumination optimally. Super satisfied with the device. I can only recommend.

1 star deduction because the manual unfortunately is only available in Chinese and English. Also online to get any dt. Manual. But the stakes are mostly self-explanatory. Only for full utilization would be a dt. Manual certainly helpful.
