We have some guitars "thoroughly tested" because we wanted to have a toy guitar for our 1 1/2 year old rockers. The children's rock guitar is visually great, and the many sounds and melodies are really great, but there is no volume control! Unfortunately, the volume is preset to viiiiiel loud that we could not do that to our kids and therefore have first bought a whole without sound. When he is a few years older, I would consider whether son's ears or our can it tolerate now ;-)
