About the Office program per se, I can not say anything negative. This is a product with the familiar Microsoft Office Quality. There are all the programs that I want to use as a student and as part of my sideline. The University version comes with a PIN code, with which you must retrieve its product key online. Without this key installation is impossible. There are three ways online its Product Key retrieve: 1. With a specific code (this possibility is not initially relevant); 2. Using a "Internation Elan student card"; 3. the personal university email address. The student cards of the university at which I am studying, do not meet the requirements of an "International Student Identity Card", which is why I stayed only angegebenne third possibility. My university is located in the recognized registry of Microsoft. So far so good. Once I had to enter my personal university email address, standing there, that this is not an e-mail address at the university. Consequently, I had only the opportunity to appeal to the Microsoft Support. I had to call a total of six paid hotlines, to me was really helpful. The first five employees did not feel responsible for this problem, however, told me that this often auftrete. Only the sixth employee helped me further: After I had described to him once again the problem, he gave me this particular code (option No. 1 so.) By and I finally received my product key and was able to install the program. I'm already looking forward to my phone bill !!! Four years ago, I have the version of Office already ordered "office in a box" from Cornelsen. There you had to do was send a copy of your student ID via email and had two days later the product key in the mailbox ... a smooth process. Why I forgive two stars: Microsoft is with respect to the Office programs for a high level of quality, which are also applicable to this release. That Microsoft creates an opportunity for students I find very good. However, I find it an impudence that activation is firstly so immature that you contact the commercial support needs, and secondly, that there no one feels responsible and you will be passed on from employee to employee. As I said, I'm already looking forward to my phone bill. Appeal to Microsoft: You are doing such a good software! And I'm very grateful for this opportunity for students, but please developed again an activation option, which works even without contacting fee hotlines.
