I have the machine really excited a few weeks in operation and I am. However, I am less enthusiastic from Kenwood customer service. I wanted to order to complement the matching glass bowl and also offered Flexi-stirrer and it also meant that the supply in "probably 3 weeks" takes place. That was the beginning of January and to date the merchandise is not with me and to written inquiries there since 2 weeks except for the info that my request is being processed internally, no concrete statement. Calls to Customer Service are charged per minute and cost you money. Kenwood behaves like the last Backyard Klitsche and not as a global player. That will keep me from buying more in the future Kenwood products, because what good is the most amazing product if the customer service is more than bad underground.
