This here is not a criticism of the current second supplier here on Amazon.com, but the customer service of beer Kwik directly. I find the manual really clear and very entertaining designed. Therefore, the brewing works quite well. However, you should only add the yeast when the South has completely cooled. Beer Kwik recommends directly after it is made of hot brew to do with cold water, but since the South is much too hot for the yeast addition. Otherwise, the yeast goes on and the Sud not fermented. Also, one should take the recommended minimum of 2 grams take at least 6 grams. A bad joke but I think the customer service at Kwik beer directly. In my first order I was not satisfied with the recommended mini wort spindle, as it was to me simply too small. I took advantage of my opportunity of returning and also wore this full return costs. In the second order then lacked the Fermentation bucket of outlet tap, so I therefore could begin no Sud weekend, but as I noted hands me the first bucket of the first delivery and I wanted this then return at the expense of beer Kwik because of errors yes Kwik is beer, not with me.
