One is immediately caught up in a story that begins in the Neolithic (rather unusual thing to be noted), age at which the human race began to settle around small villages and a summary agriculture without abandoning their statutes hunters / gatherers.
The story revolves around the lives of two brothers (Urr & Vain) are total opposites. One (Urr) is a strong fellow who manages everything and will soon pass the initiation rite of passage into adulthood. The other (Vain) is its opposite, weak and clumsy. LorsquUrr embarks on its initiation, its small brother follows him secretly hoping to see him fail. Urr thwarts spinning and trap his brother, leaving him for dead. And this is how the author born the myth of vampires and werewolves in a very original way, far from the genre clichés. We will then follow with interest the adventures of two brothers through the ages.
The narrative is addictive and addictive and scroll pages very quickly, the pace is fast and direct and incisive style. No deaths and very vivid descriptions time.
In short, for a first novel (although the author is not his first written), it is rather successful and very original.
To discover for the curious for a different vision of two more myths that known!
