I've learned the Feather blades randomly during my time in Asia know. One immediately notices the difference to many other brands. After my return to Germany I am glad that there are some exporters that supply here. This is a bit more expensive than locally, but still bearable.
I change the blades after approximately 5 uses. Physically, it's just so that sharper blades are less cutting properties, since the cutter will wear faster if they are ground fine.
Absolute buy recommendation for this blade: Only one goes!
