With the purchase of my new printer, I have also bought myself this original toner cartridge. Shipping and packaging were perfect, and the installation went smoothly. At the print image could not be faulted. The two things that I did not like so much were the one of the high price of the cartridge and secondly that it has only printed around 2250 pages (where I print quite "normal" pages, so not only completely full written). In my previous printer models (HP), the toner cartridges had often even more pages printed as indicated.
