Wanted in the house diverse GU10 halogen bulbs (50W) replace it with LED and have to be ordered my LED lamps from various manufacturers at Amazon (several of each type):
- The Osram LED Superstar 5,3W (36 ° beam angle)
- Sebson 3.5W (110 ° beam angle)
- Sebson 5W (110 ° beam angle)
- Lighting EVER 4W (38 ° beam angle)
The Osram are best for me because they have the most pleasant color temperature that comes to halogen lamps closest to me, and since has proven to be for my taste the narrower viewing angle than pleasant. Visually, they are at their best with the silvery surface, when used in open radiators.
The sebson act ultra bright (even the 3.5W) have something weißlicheres light (but not uncomfortably cold white) and by the extremely wide viewing angle they illuminate the walls very strong if it as such. B. in a 1.5 m wide corridor ceiling spotlights are used. For me personally too much. Super illumination but little comfort. The Osram are as simple harmonic for my taste / soft with their beautiful light color. Even in the bathroom mirror as a spotlight over the sink the sebson me (the 3.5W variant) were compared just too much.
The Lighting EVER are my second choice after the Osram. They are a bit less bright than the Osram and although they are referred to 3000k, the color of light is a little warmer than the Osram. Against the sebson they act almost minimal yellowish. Use the Lighting EVER in guest toilet as mirror and ceiling spotlights. There they spread a cozy atmosphere, not too bright-aggressive. Unfortunately, they are optically not so nice (outside white plastic), when used in open radiators. But is ok.
So can recommend you all lamps, they are all good. All depends on what you have so ago. The sebson are extremely light and by their extreme beam angle, they are ideally suited for. As for use as indirect bulbs in lampshades, as ceiling spotlights in large rooms, where they are said to have a wide coverage, as outdoor spotlights in the roof board etc. Whenever extreme viewing angle and very high brightness are not wanted (mirror radiator in the bathroom or ceiling spotlights in narrow corridors or generally in confined spaces), Osram or Lighting EVER act with less brightness and a smaller beam angle just cozy.
My favorite are the Osram. However one must watch out, because the shape of Osram not quite the equivalent of classic halogen lamps. The wide, front part of the lamp is a little longer. This it does not fit z. B. in the version of my mirror in the guest bathroom radiator, since they can not be put far enough pure (missing about 2-3 mm). With the Lighting EVER or sebson lamps you have not the problem.
