After three months of use, when the pen actually perform all the functions that are presented in the pub, with good handwriting recognition (provided good form his letters!), The software no longer recognizes livescribe pages of book (there are only 15 pages written on 100 pages of the book). Mail exchange with Livescribe USA (in English, because no correspondent in France), multiple maneuvers explained in detail (always in English), nothing to do, it no longer works. They propose to send me a new one because the one-year warranty is still valid (the pen is now 4 months). Receiving the new pen by FedEx in a week ... AND it not better to walk the first eu, inner red LED does not light, no possible transmission between pen and software. I ended up giving up, but at 140 euros pen, it is expensive to top !!!!
