See that over half of the comic book is devoted to poor satire of society rather than concentrate on Batman, it's annoying.
But that's nothing compared to the rest of the story because it is almost comic missed from A to Z. Almost YES because there fortunately few good scenes and even had some ideas of potential (more than in its bigger brother) but the execution is awful and I prefer to go in silence the events of comics to preserve your mental health as Batman representation by Miller in this story is just a nightmare: he wrote most of Batman, the more it destroys the character.
And to the drawings, it is also bad, not the worst I've seen but still bad (I leave it to you to look on the internet to check my comments).
If you want my opinion, it flee comics like the plague and if I may say so, if you want to read a good story with Batman, try "Batman: The Court Of Owls" or "Laugh and Die."
