To test the device, I have read with any music management software some CDs. The CDs were recognized by the program, so it has automatically provided with ID3 tags. I then transferred the files with the built-in copy function on the device. The copy function creates a folder structure according to the ID3 tags. At the top level, the folders are using the stage name, then get the album title and at the lowest level are the title track.
Now I have the device is disconnected and turned on the computer. First follows a shock. The interface is set up as ugly as sin and confusing. You can play a track, so far so good by pressing the Play button. Now I wanted to go to the next album. Even after a long trial and error, I have not managed to trigger this function, so I grudgingly took a look in the manual. After having browsed through this several times, I came to the conclusion that this device probably does not recognize a folder structure still ID3 tags. So if you have 500 tracks on the device and you want to 250th track, then you have to either 250 times forward or press 250 times backwards! What a fabulous scrap!
