Sound: The microphone makes an overall good impression, but I found the noise a bit annoying. There is definitely
Rode Video Mic behind, the sound still has a more voluminous sound. On an EOS 700D microphone sounds up
well on the called but perceptible noise. The heights come out clear and it does not sound dull fortunately on.
Good for Canon that one here can adjust the sound level and thus the system even better signal. With a Sony Alpha 57, it sounds good, but then bass-heavy and the highs do not come to light so as with the Canon. That's probably due to the more aggressive Rauschuntedrückung and unfortunately we have here is no way at the sound adjust something. With a good video editing program, the noise, however, should be eliminated well.
Conclusion: Highly recommended for the price definitely, if one does not expect any sound miracles. Nevertheless, I was very impressed by the good highs at the Canon. Overall, the sound is due to the camera satisfactory to good. Furthermore, well, I find that the microphone does not require batteries and the two Mkrofone can be adjusted up or down. I would buy it again anyway.
