Hard to find lollipops for children over 18 months, I always fear that it deforms the palate and causes problems. My son is not yet ready to part with them and never used his thumb. It's really good ergonomics, do not hurt, and the pacifier is easy to clean. I recommend this purchase for parents of children over 18 months like me.
