Packaging opened several times, defective impeller

As we noticed when unpacking that the packaging has been opened several times, we were a little irritated. Unfortunately we had then also notice that the bearing of the impeller is mounted centrally, but slightly offset. Therefore, the impeller for our gerbils is unusable. The fact that the goods were apparently several times packed and unpacked, suggests that the article had been previously complained.
