Well, where to start ?? Already, there was an old CRT TV with TNT external receiver (even po HD), so much that this is not a change but a revolution for us !! I do not have feedback from people who have already used screens "flat" LED or plasma. I spend a lot of time going to see and review the different products (LED and Plasma) of different brands in different stores (5 specialty stores visited in PR and Paris) and I had no a priori between plasma or LED. I also read a lot of technical doc and have compared the products. Technically, I have yet to explore all the possibilities as (as often on hi-tech products) are numerous, I have not tested it with a blue-ray player and have not purchased 3D glasses (not in the package), but for my personal assessments of the beginning of use, I would say in the disorder: - I appreciate the choice of plasma because the colors and light are really more natural than that I find LED aggressive for the eyes: I wanted to test the "dynamic" mode that approximates a LED but I ' I quickly changed the result an "uproar" familly .... - The remote is pretty good and friendly interfaces ... but many (remember .. it's high-tech !!) - Chain change a bit long when selecting the No. string directly, the less true when using the "up-down" - Although the size seemed HUGE unpacking, the unit to a clean design and soft that fits well (large ce anyway) without one sees here - The sound is ok but nothing more. It must surely connect a home theater amp but apparently some connections are recommended live on TV => to deepen - Attention to reflections if you have a light source across the screen (eg window) - The device is scalable (in connectivity, update, 3D, etc ..) - I just connected a USB drive: here works fine except that the latter can only be used on TV after recording because the two devices are paired (to avoid disclosure of the works).
For now, I say, after an experience, albeit limited (no blue-ray HD playback on SD but, no 3D), the picture is really great and meets our expectations ... which is ultimately the most important, all with a quality / fair price. The 4 stars is because nothing was perfect; o))
