Had me to see HD + programs the Telestar Diginova HD + receiver fetched. Bin so still very satisfied. The only problem was the external hard drive. Had a WD Elements 1TB connected with, but it was not recognized. When a call was explained to me that the receiver does not recognize, but all the other well, even cheap brands. Now a Verbatim 1TB runs perfectly on the device. As I watch the recordings only on the receiver, I have the disk in its own format formatted, not FAT32. Now should a new receiver for the bedroom ago, even with HD. Since the HD + it is too expensive and not worth it, I thought, taking the Diginova HD. Thought and done. Connected, adjusted and otherwise almost like the HD +. Differences: The HD + has an alpha- numeric display, the HD just a simple. When HD + is the screen in silver / gray with black lettering, very pleasant, the HD in blue with white lettering, something flashy when it is otherwise usual. (An Telestar: If possible, bring them to change an update to the color.) The HD + has front and rear depending on a USB connection, the HD front only, does not look beautiful when the flap is always going on. Since I do a lot of timer recordings is because the HD + advantageous. Where I am doing grade, timer recordings are absolutely easy to make, applies to both versions. Have the HD an old 80GB drive and works fine. There made recordings I can just look over the HD +. Image for both devices perfectly. At Panasonic Plasma 42 "or 37". Sound through amplifiers also clear and rich.
So the Telestar Diginova HD is a great device and highly recommended for the price. Who wants something more, nor the other HD channels, a USB port on the back, a nicer display and a more pleasing display, should think about the Diginova HD +.
