Equal first. When I read something like "... the best I've ever heard ..", then I am afraid to say, "You have not heard a lot!"
The mids and highs are actually not bad and do their job very well. As might be expected, however, very far from hi-fi. As might be expected in the price range, you can hear absolutely nothing from the different levels in the music. The music is superficial, as usual at the radio or television, hingeträllert. For the basic requirement that enough, but no more.
It must be noted that the buyer when Logitech Bass verschaukelt beautiful. This system BasXPort the lower midrange, bass hardly comes to Good. Lower middle have a frequency range of approx 150-400Hz. Thus the lack of subwoofer is not replaced in the approach. This fact has a frequency range of approximately 30-110Hz. Bass offer the T10 and therefore hardly able not to play tracks of various genres in its entirety.
The speaker from the T10 have a frequency range of 80Hz-20kHz. With respect to the statements in the above paragraph, it should be recognized that this 2.0 system innately hardly it is possible to produce bass. For the frequency range up to 40 Hz, the even have the cheapest 2.1 system lacks. Even on the equalizer is as little to save on sound quality.
Overall, I'm disappointed. For almost 46, I had a nearly equivalent replacement of the then erwobenen for 20 LS21 expected, which are fired from an external Creative X-Fi 5.1 Pro. Not even close. The T10 seem to be designed only for the most necessary work on the PC and are good for little multimedia. Due to the advertising claims of "real hi-fi sound" and "BasXPort for deep bass without a subwoofer!" you can feel here selling exclusively verschaukelt. The size of the boxes can not be expected at first glance that the bass is little more than thin air.
But it is not all that bad. Once again, as a reminder, the mids and highs really do not sound bad. Especially in the heights is no override or biting sharpness.
Conclusion for me:
Priced seems to me the T10 just as appropriate. Mids and highs quite well, Bass scarce. -> Product Description is a bad joke.
Who has space for a 2.1 system, you should look more after that. For less money there is much more power.
Who does not like, but do not want to give up a reasonable tone, may like to read my alternative.
Alternative proposal:
For 50 budget I recommend rather a combination of "Philips SPA1260 / 12 2.0" (20) + "Superlux HD 668-B" (30 at Thomann), as a pure speaker system.
The speakers do their work in everyday work and the headphones provide exceptionally good performance in music, movies and games. The reviews on Thomann and the extremely positive feedback from hi-fi forums, speak for themselves.
