I am extremely disappointed with this Senseo. Despite the negatives, I still took the chance to order it, like what, the opinions are not to be overlooked! Cafes are infected with a terrible back plastic taste. Just by "sniffing" the tank, we get an idea of what awaits us. I emptied several water tank + white vinegar, but the result is the same. So I decided to call customer service by Philips to make them my discontent. It must be said that it is unacceptable that coffee makers are not by withdrawing from the market because you have to admit that the problem is not new. The lady on the phone (without too much stress) was up a folder with the sending by email of documents requested for me to be repaid within 3 weeks, no return of the coffee !!! Stay tuned!
