The toy is unusable because the paint peels basically for infants at certain points and therefore unusable just for toddlers if not dangerous (because swallowing) is. Although our small (4 months) likes to play with it, but if they see the face of him playing various paint particles or platelets (to 7mm diameter) it can only be one star.
