The tutorial is very clear and -even for beginners simple and clear to understand. Advantage over a community college course, it is cheaper and can be temporally divided itself. At the start of the program was unfortunately a chapter of almost 40 not read and I wrote a Mail complaint with additional even more (just for me) questions. The Mail Reply came immediately and a new CD 2 days later by mail. Super and very, very friendly customer service and contact. Will now make the Excel continues bought and certainly refer more tutorials. Thank you
