Cartridges were detected immediately and print properly. Once they are empty, I will definitely order again. The only drawback, and therefore the star deduction, is the packaging. The cartridges are indeed wrapped in a padded envelope and arrived intact, unpack, however several of the outer packaging of the cartridges are open, because they are held together with tape.
