I take this docking station along with my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro with Windows 8.1. Connection to laptop goes with the supplied cable USB3. At the dock I have a 27 "LG monitor with full HD via HDMI, an old 19" Medion monitor via DVI, an external BlueRay drive (incl. Power supply) via USB, mouse, keyboard, printer and Gigabit Ethernet to the local NAS. Everything works so far properly. I can work on all 3 displays and had yet no problems with drivers, firmware, or the like. The only drawback is that administrative Privillegien are required to install the drivers for the Dokingstation. Thus, the docking station is available only with PC / laptop on which one of these rights has (some companies do not allow driver installation on Firmeneingenen laptops).
