By cons very disappointed (for the 2nd time) delivery ... since it is ColisPrivé who is in charge of the delivery, 2 = 2 controls both problems .... the first time I have " negotiate "for 20 minutes on the phone with the delivery person to accept to file the package in an approved item" Relais Colis "and this time the package was deposited at a neighbor (for that matter who I am not very good terms) on the first pass and especially without my consent (no calls or other) ... I find this unacceptable! What recourse if the I-told neighbors do not want to give me the package later ??
