I ordered this case for my iPad Air. I also have a DODOcase and so is the iPad a bit bigger. That is the split inner portion in the foreseen and padded bag does not fit into my iPad. But in the larger compartment fit into it without problems. Thus, I use the smaller, padded pocket for notebooks or papers. Otherwise it is perfectly suitable and large enough for the most important things that you have to have along day to day use. For this price it is very cheap and really recommendable.
