The book corresponds to my expectations: various soups (chunky or smooth, light can be used as inputs or soup meal with cereals or legumes), a picture very appetizing (Marie Chioca itself carries photos in general, I tip my hat) for each recipe, globally easy recipes.
Knowing the author and his guideline (bio enthusiast, monitoring of glycemic index), I was delighted to find lots of soup without potatoes, Marie Chioca offering us other binders (oats for example) or adjusting the amount of water / vegetables, adding olive oil to have a nice texture.
Some recipes are very simple but some others are very original and tasty. Marie Chioca raised its soup with herbs, spices or cheese. His humor, his sense of derision are less present on his blog, which is logical, but the introduction is interesting and reflects her tastes.
I have not tested the fruity soups (desserts) because I'm not a fan (the only one that tempts me is winter soup pear / almond / chocolate) but in savory version, I tested and approved: the broccoli soup / Parmesan (where use broccoli stalks), spelled soup, pumpkin soup / lentils.
For those who do not attend health food shops, some recipes might be difficult to implement and ditto for those who do not like cheese because it's got to be 7/8 containing recipes.
Note that some recipes with meat (duck breast, coppa, ham).
