This book is perfect for me for the simple reason that from spring to summer, my field is filled with nettle, dandelion (and purslane). So, we find in this book the basic recipes to use these plants and make a vegetable or food condiment. The book addresses the nutritional value of these traditional medicinal plants, but without extending it. It is practical and oriented to the consumption of these interesting plants, good and free. Since I have it, I do not see these "weeds" negative way but as plants there to help. With nettle, I even make dry shampoos, now! Like what, our environment is full of resources ... I therefore advise those with nettles and / or dandelions around at home and do not do anything.
