Beautiful quality. Easy to use. Good size.
Too bad there is not a manual.
So here's how:
1 Chop your meat or your butcher to chop
Make two balls 125 to 150 g
3 Place the meatballs in the press after putting a wax disc and press without too much crush meat
4 Turn

Also bad we can not buy disks in the right format at Amazon; I have however solved the problem by cutting the square in sheets of parchment paper and is flawless

Another positive point is the speed of delivery but the packaging, although resistant and protector was not sealed and could be opened by anyone.

I do not regret my purchase and I recommend it
