Bought for my daughter, there are 5 months.
She came from an old iPhone 3G, he liked her gift right away, because lighter, much better screen and especially completely usable, unlike its 3G iPhone iOS 421 that caused installation refusal application on the AppStore.

3 Service Contact attempts have not worked, they are either overwhelmed by disgruntled customers or they are non-existent.
The design in France (I believe that their engineers are in Marseille) seems not ensure proper service, and my mistake is to have believed otherwise.
I regret my purchase and recommend avoiding the brand.
