Many pleasant surprises I experienced only after the purchase:
-All Functions of my old SLR can also be manually set here, such as iris, focus, exposure time, etc.
-The Lens is as bright that I get even a dimly lit place yet well-exposed images without a flash where I'd actually already turn on a lamp to see well with the eyes. Only night vision devices in my opinion are brighter.
-The Screen on the back is extremely resilient. Without protective film. At times, I carry the camera in your pocket unprotected for lack of time. (Which is a pleasant way no glare perfectly) on the display is still not a scratch.
-The Scene Auto (iA) is so good that shortly after switching even of fast moving objects and people stabbing sharp images are captured. No more focusing, simply imprints for best picture. Also snapshots succeed as the best quality. For faster saving I have a SDHC memory card level 10th
The camera has "only" 10 megapixels, but this in an extremely large CCD chip, that is, here is "true pixel" and thus it is possible to shoot images in RAW format, what else really only SLR cameras can.
The videos are made in AVCHD format and the zoom while recording is specially slowed from the camera, so that operating noise of the lens will not be picked up by the microphone. Since the videos extremely eat much space, I recommend at least an 8GB memory card.
Conclusion: Best photos in all situations, handy camera in really chic design, perfect for family outings and photos in low light. Workmanship: Perfect. Compatible memory cards: SD, SDHC and SDXC.
