The housing itself is of course super chic. The black-painted metal feels great to, makes a high-quality finished impression and directs the heat generated by the hard drive safely. The base is also made of metal, also painted black and leaves the housing together with hard drive are safe.
Installation of the hard drive was done easily and in about 2 minutes:
Insert guide plate into the screw holes of the hard disk, connect hard drive, then insert into the housing with the two screws, the housing with the disk controller screw (!!! the supplied screwdriver !!!), connecting cables and turning on the power.
My Macbook recognizes the housing, or the hard drive immediately and the data transfer can start!
