The unit will play well technically and qualitatively in the same league as the AT-8, the AV4m or the MH-C9000. The reason why I have decided for the CM 420, was that he should have more modern technology in the abdomen, has a USB port for charging and in operation is relatively comfortable. I can not cross-checking, because I do not have the other devices. But for me holds the CM what it promises. Functioning and internal values are illuminated in detail in other reviews and I can join broadly since.
Few things I would still like to emphasize:
- The CM 420 is not a pipsqueak
- The USB output is in accordance with the USB2-Spec 500mA available, in accordance with the EU standard for USB chargers however, there will be everything to 1500 according to Wikipedia). Performance-wise, the device would create loose, my mini power supply for the digicam creates and I find that quite disappointing.
- The display is very bright (almost too bright for me) and coarse resolution. Especially in light callable menus and more finely auflösenderes would not only be comfortable but would much more comprehensible because fewer abbreviations should be used.
- That USB charging and battery charging can not be used at the same time, I feel as a limitation.
- The fact that the charging process is complete, you see the fact that the display is no longer lit, I miss because not beep
- The battery snap very good, is not as nice well with other devices solved
- The manual, I think really the Quick Start Guide helpful and well done
- Despite the display I find menus and operation clear, catchy, almost intuitively
The unit makes a good impression on me, seems sufficiently well thought out and well made (it would be from Apple, you would create another yardstick). Prima to enter to "Out-Of-The-Box" with batteries, although it has, if you like, a lot of control and information. Priced are 50, - surely an announcement about 2.50 per battery, there are also the remains IMHO relative.
The shop with only 500mA for USB I find stupid and when ease of use is a little room for improvement. Apart from strong buy recommendation!
