It's a small miracle that can achieve the small board. Of course it is not a high-performance computer and I succeeded after a few days, to push to the limit - but at the price the small particles can be incredibly much. I run on an instance of a home automation server (FHEM, Perl based), the log its sensor data into a database created (MySQL) and from statistical graphics. The database now has in less than a week around 80,000 entries received (about 15MB disk space) and you will notice already that the generation of graphics some (few) seconds lasts - but as mentioned input: the RPI is not nunmal high-performance computers and the storage the database directly on the SD card is certainly suboptimal. But I think that if I were to swap out the database on a USB drive, the performance of my little home automation is completely adequate - and that's worth all 5 stars for the price.
