Hello, 2 reasons why i returned this article: 1 - When the "internal" cutting wire is placed somewhat departed from the "external" cutting wire (lower wire cutting), it is fully distended. Due to this fact "external" cutting wire is totally ineffective. 2 - Cup overall poor even worse if the cake is slightly consisting quune Genoese. That said, the seller is not the manufacturer of this product.
