Have this equipment bought because I thought it would be (much) faster than my cheaper Allnet 200 Mbit KIT. Forget it! The performance (at least for me) was not higher but almost identical. I live in a new building, in other words, the electrical installation is new. Although the Netgear Tool Wete has displayed over 300 Mbit were net 15-25 Mbit. Definitely not enough to retain the unit. The Allnet devices cost half.
